The room had a balcony overlooking a lively street and two windows facing another charming street. It felt so cozy and gave a great sense of being in the heart of the town. As someone who loves people-watching, this was a dream come true!
Although the room was lovely, I personally found the central heating a bit overwhelming. But hey, that's just me.

This is a most amazing hotel in all respects. The establishment as a whole is stunning - from the Andalucian courtyard to the creatively appropriated accommodation. I felt like selling up my home and moving in! Although the young man at reception spoke very little English, he answered our questions before we even asked: we were shown how the front door access keys work, where breakfast would be served and at what time, where exactly the hotel was located and where the Plaza Major and the information offices could be found and all sorts of other helpful information. The decorative touches at breakfast and special presentation of the meal did not go unnoticed.

It was very old and pretty.
We had difficulty finding it. There was no obvious sign to the hotel. In the end we got the Guardia Civil to take. We did afterwards see a sign on the outskirts of the town but it was disfigured and not easy to see. It was in the centre of the village which has narrow streets and one ways. The food in the town restaurants is very expensive which does put you off.

The moment I entered through the wooden door, I was captivated by the beautiful courtyard. The decoration of Casa Rural & Spa La Graja is lovely, with its noble materials and soft colors, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were accessible for senior people like me, making it easy to navigate and enjoy the facilities.
I would have preferred if the children working there had been more accommodating and understanding towards senior guests.

La Graja is fantastic! The hotel really has its own unique style. The young man who runs the place is charming and very helpful. He even prepared an early breakfast, which is included in the price, for me since I had to leave quite early to drive to the airport. My room was spacious and peaceful, two windows looking out onto the streets, and a sitting room area. There was a mini refrigerator inthe room, with a bottle of cava inside....a pleasant surprise and so much more fun than water! I will definitely stay here again when I can spend more than just one night.
No complaints whatsoever!

When we first arrived in Chinchon, with it's old buildings and narrow streets, we were really not sure what to expect. Once inside the old wooden entrance door however, the hotel was a complete surprise - clean, modern facilities, in a traditional setting. The staff were friendly and helpful, in spite of the language barrier.

Really excellent and good value for money. Nice room in a tranquil part of the town but only 5 minutes walk to the centre. Staff very helpful.
A bit difficult to find so plan ahead is my advice!

Although the staff don't speak English and my Spanish is very poor, they were very accommodating and were able to communicate all the features of the hotel and the surrounding area with printed materials and maps In Spamish and English. The room was very clean and cozy with a very nice view. The Internet connection was very good and the tv was very modern. There was a vending machime offering a wide range of refreshments and a very nice breakfast was offered. I would recommend this hotel highly to any body passing through the area.
Parking was challenging

The staff was always ready to please you. Good size room,, quiet, clean. Breakfast was nice you enjoyed it listening to regional music. Breakfast plentiful and you could repeat as many time as you wished. Staff advised you of activities taking place in the town and places to visit as well as giving you very clear directions
Difficult to get to. Directions were not clear enough.in town. They were vague. Had to ask several times to get to it. Should have a lighted sign so you can spot the Casa Rural easily at nite. Lack of adjacent parking. Had to park several blocks away. Felt uneasy the first nights, but afterwards felt that the car was secure. Difficulty in loading and unloading baggage in front of Casa Rural. Street narrow and cars would come by and you either moved by backing up or the other car would do the same.
